Linyanti Reserve is located to the west of the Savute marsh area of the Chobe National Park. It covers an area of 125 000 hectare. With the Savuti Channel flowing through the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve, this is one of Botswana’s best wildlife viewing areas.It is bordered by the Linyanti River in the north and the Chobe National Park in the east. It is fed by the Kwando River and the Linyanti Swamp is the heart of the reserve and is a home to over 300 species of birds and many animals

Animals:
Elephants, antelope, lion, black-backed jackal, bat-eared fox, tsessebe, kudu, impala, giraffe, zebra, hyena, cheetah, Buffalo, wild dog, serval cat, Bat-eared foxes, hippos, crocodiles and baboon troops.
